Reiki is often termed 'Hands - on Healing' or 'Energy Healing'. Reiki is an ancient art originating in the East. It is a very simple technique that can be done through clothing. The practitioner gently lays their hands on specific areas of the body, particularly head, face, neck, chest, stomach, hips, knees and feet. The receiver experiences a sense of warmth, peace and deep relaxation as Reiki balances the body and allows the person to feel rejuvenated and empowered. |
