No minimum night stay required except for long weekends
Payments accepted are Cash, Credit Card, and Eftpos
$3 surcharge applies for payment by Credit Card
Smoking is NOT permitted in Cottages
Swimming is NOT permitted in Property Dam
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets
Walking is permitted on designated walking tracks only
Children are to be supervised by an adult at all times on the property
Cottages are serviced once per Weekly stay, shorter stays are not
Extra Servicing can be arranged at rate of $25 p/hr
Load Dishwashers prior to departure or pay $25 Service Fee
On departure Cottages are expected to be left generally tidy
Extra cleaning out of the ordinary will incur a Service Fee of $25 p/hr
Damage to or loss of Cottage Accessories, Equipment, Linen etc
will incur a full reimbursement to current cost of item
Guests are responsible for damage loss or theft from cottages
Travel Insurance is recommended for all guests
Standard Check in time 2.00 PM Check out time 10.00AM
Late check outs incur a $25 p/hr Service Fee (Min $25)
All fees incurred will be charged to the C/Card used to hold booking
General Cancellations must be notified within 21 Days prior to booking due date
Public Holiday Cancellations must be notified within 30 Days prior to booking due date
All Cancellations outside the notification periods listed above will incur a
cancellation Fee of 100% of the full Booking unless the Cottage is re let
Guests are responsible for full term of Bookings, and unless changes are made prior to Cancellation Policy date, Guests are responsible for payment of full term booked
All Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of $45
or loss of one nights deposit if charged
